Where do I download my certificate?
Once you have completed the course, you may generate your certificate in your My Learnings dashboard.
1. Visit My Learnings
2. Select the Certifications tab
3. Download and save your certificate to your desktop or mobile device. 
I spelled my name wrong! Can you edit it for me?
Yes, we can update any typos in your name or case number at your request. Please submit a request using the form below with the correct information. Our team will make the update and send a new certificate to you within 1-2 business days. 
I watched the videos, but it's showing up as incomplete. How do I finish the course?
There may be a video or lesson that was skipped. Please return to the beginning of the course to make sure each section has been marked as complete.
